Day-to-day administration of Ye Fa Ogyamu is the responsibility of the Fihankra Traditional Council (FTC). The FTC is comprised of traditional authorities and other Diasporans who, because they have distinguished themselves, are invited to share their expertise. A Fihankra Community Council (FCC) comprised of residents, elected by their peers for terms of two years, is also an essential part of the administration team. Among the most important responsibilities of the CC is to provide advise to the Traditional Council on issues related to establishing the Bylaws of administering the township, the process of setting annual development priorities, fund raising and setting assessments to be paid by community residents.
