After being issued the Land Title Certificate, a person is legally empowered to begin construction of their home or business. Once the person has built his/her property to the lintel (ready for roofing) stage, the Land Title Certificate is exchanged for the Indenture (deed).

If an individual, having obtained the Land Title Certificate, is unable to fulfill his/her commitment to begin construction of their home or business on the assigned plot within the three years allowed, the plot of land originally reserved for them may be reassigned to another person who is immediately prepared to build. In such instances the person originally assigned the land would be assigned another plot.

In its early stages of development, some will conclude that the conceptual Ye Fa Ogyamu may not be possible. Fortunately, as such doubts arise, so too will the determination of others to ensure its success; for Ye Fa Ogyamu exists precisely to serve the best interest of a united Africa and to demonstrate that the negative forces that have long divided its people can not withstand the power of both spiritually and materially focused action
