To facilitate the achievement of its mission Fihankra is offering residential land in Ye Fa Ogyamu for an Annual Land Assessment and Security and Maintenance Fee and a one-time Processing, Indenture,Survey and Site plan fee. Currently the annual fees total $600.00. Please contact Fihankra on:hq@fihankrainternational.org for the current one-time fee. Diasporans of 21 years or older who apply for land and are prepared to assist in the rapid development of the community in which it is situated, are eligible for and can acquire a plot of land by: (1) applying for and completing a Land Application form; (2) paying the Annual Land Assessment and maintenance fees and (3) starting construction of their home or business, within three years of receiving their Land Title Certificate to the land. Applicants are also expected to complete their facility by the end of the third year.
